· On-the-Job Training Checklist: Where appropriate, each program comes with a detailed, step-by-step checklist that can be used as a guide for a hands-on, on-the-job training presentation and can then be used as a Skills Qualification Checklist.

· Minimum Customization: You supply your photographs and changes to the programs, we will insert them and provide them to you on CD in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Call or email us to discuss customization process and requirements.

· Full Customization: We will come to your site to customize the program to your specific requirements and needs. Call or eamil us to discuss customization process and costs.

· Elearning/CBT format: We will convert the finished program into an Elearning or Computer-based training format using Articulate software. We provide all relevant backup files and data.
