Return and Refund Policy
To return an item it must be unopened and returned within 1 week of original delivery. Items received in faulty or damaged condition will be exchanged immediately at no cost if GMPTraining.com, Inc. is notified within 1 week of purchase. Items lost or damaged by the end user within 1 year of purchase may be replaced at GMPTraining.com, Inc.'s discretion for a reduced cost of 30% the current retail price plus shipping costs.
Ordering and Payment
GMPTraining.com, Inc. does not offer account terms and it is a condition of sale that payment must be received prior to shipment of goods by: Credit card at this website, or checks or bank transfer by arrangement with GMPT. GMPT will accept Purchase Orders by email. All charges including handling and shipping and applicable taxes will be shown before payment transaction. A receipt invoice and credit card receipt will be sent by email .
